onto Waterloo and the present day… Waterloo (now GSF Car Parts) was bought fairly recently by a group called The Parts Alliance which is owned by a Canadian company called Uni-Select. Meanwhile Euro Car Parts and Andrew Page are owned by the same American owners LKQ. So Waterloo is owned by Canada and Andrew Page and Euro Car Parts are owned by the USA. New boys CTS are also American owned

**UPDATE** Euro Car Parts (ECP) has now decided to close it’s Andrew Page branches with immediate effect with the loss of thousands of jobs and strangely all of the Andrew Page stock has not gone into the ECP warehouse or been returned to the suppliers – instead it has been auctioned off – i fear something very strange has happened here as many Andrew Page suppliers never got paid.

In order to complete these purchases, these companies had to borrow from the banks which essentially means that these three companies are owned by the Banks for a while at least and we all know that the banks are only interested in the bottom line, so in our opinion you can expect many cities shortly to not have a Euro and an Andrew Page in each location, they will shut one of them, costing lots of jobs on the process and then in the end, it will not work and the whole ship may well go down. It has happened before with a huge organisation called FINELIST (Google It) and it could well happen again.

**UPDATE** this has actually now happened meaning we were proven right in our predictions.
